I work over in ShopRite for some time now....I've never went into Raymond optical for my glasses wish I would have. Rosemary and the rest of the staff very. courteous helpful and the doctor was honest with my needs as honest could be. I highly recommend them for eye ware.
Rosemary is great, and she knows her business well. I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I've been going to her for 20+ years. I've seen many customers come in and I have ONLY seen great customer service. I have NEVER experienced rudeness or a dissatisfied or unhappy customer.

I will avoid this establishment for as long as they’re in business. Rosemary talks a good game about knowing the insurances and “working the system”. Got the services that my insurance provides me with and all of a sudden MONTHS later they’re billing me because SUPPOSEDLY I’m not covered. Of course I’m covered, I have the insurance cards to prove I’m covered!! I only went to them instead of my regular place for convenience of distance. Never again with this establishment.
Fixed up my glasses on the spot, very friendly! Thank you!
