Wonderful experience! Highly recommend.
I will avoid this establishment for as long as they’re in business. Rosemary talks a good game about knowing the insurances and “working the system”. Got the services that my insurance provides me with and all of a sudden MONTHS later they’re billing me because SUPPOSEDLY I’m not covered. Of course I’m covered, I have the insurance cards to prove I’m covered!! I only went to them instead of my regular place for convenience of distance. Never again with this establishment.

As a long time customer, I strongly disagree with the negative comments about Rosemary and the staff. Myself and my two children have been going here for years and Rosemary has always gone above and beyond to help find us the right frames. She is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Yesterday, my 13 year old son was able to see the world like everyone else due to the training of wearing contact lenses. He was very anxious on how would he be able to put them in properly.
