Not the best experience for me. Left waiting in the room for over 45 minutes most of the time in the dark as the lights kept going out. No apologies/explanation offered. My estimate for the appointment was for a 45 minute consultation and a shoulder xray...they were to be looking at my ankle. Was sent for an MRI. The doctor wanted to have me return for an appointment to explain the results of MRI. All other doctors shoot off an email, don't require another copay.
Front desk is very professional and efficient. They push for patients to use MyChart which is quick and easy. The clinical staff and lab are very professional.The provider/doctor has Great bedside manner. I would definitely recommend.
Dr. O’Bryan listened, explained everything, and was very personable and professional. The appointment was timely.
He a long with his team are very understanding, respectful and nice. Dr. O Bryan was very helpful.
