I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nierva 10/10 would come again
The doctor patient experience was fine. Dr was the anesthesiologist during an ophthalmic surgery and that went well. Where the the wheels fell off the bus was in dealing with the total incompetence of the Dr's billing office. No one in the office had the skills to properly file my insurance claim. The billed the wrong insurance provider and did so in a less than timely manner( >140 days). To add insult to injury they did not communicate with me at all and then threw the account into collection despite it being an uncollectab... read more
