I recently had to remind him, while he sits in front of his computer glaring at it, that he ordered bloodwork a few weeks ago, which he totally forgot. Also, seemed confused about a heart valve status with my Mother.

I have a complaint against a staff member where she is disrespectful to me on the phone. She says well, if I have to come to work and I got health issues. You can come to the office and see Doctor Fernandez. I am not gonna push myself outside in this heat and pass out. Like I've done before and I just did it recently. I was referred to Dr. Fernandez by my Primary Care Physician, they kept lying and saying they didn’t get the referral then said they don’t see cash pay patients, so they had to have received my referral to know I’m cash pay. How do they know how much money I have? Who are they to assume I can’t afford a Cardiologist? That proves if you don’t have Medicaid or Blue Cross, they could care less if you die from heart problems! You don’t deserve my 1 star!

If you're elderly, he couldn't care less about you. He will absolutely do the tests that Medicare pays for, but he never even looks at them. He and his staff are useless and again, COULD NOT CARE LESS. Do not take anyone to this office if you value their life at all.
