(Not my personal account, but leaving a review nonetheless) Pretty mediocre service at a VIP price. $140/hr for shop labor is higher than any regular duty shop in Lethbridge including dealers. I needed a very basic services and the wait time was borderliner ridiculous. Service writer was cold, standoffish and not approachable (and not present when I came in for walk in) as well as no greeting from anybody at all? Not even a front desk person?
