I had an extremely uncomfortable experience with Dr Lynn Scoles. She was very pushy and came across as rude during the consultation. Despite me saying I would get the flu vaccine through my regular GP, she repeatedly insisted — at least 4–5 times — that I should get it “right now” with her. I’m in early pregnancy and felt pressured and overwhelmed by how forcefully she approached the topic. Lovely little clinic, my family has been coming here for 30 years. Beautiful receptionist team, amazing nurses and caring doctors.
Dr Gary Silver is second to none. The reception staff are the ultimate professionals. I highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed.
I can, with my hand on my heart, say that this is the best medical practice I have encountered. My whole family is looked after by this clinic. Dr Anna and Dr John have been the most efficient, professional and empathetic. The front desk staff (Shona, Mercedes, Jenny and others), even on the busiest of days, have been the most respectful and attentive to my calls and requests. I hope and pray that they will never compromise their quality of service. Thank you heaps RMMC!
