I'm literally sitting in the chair in his office, at 9:45, but my appointment was for 8:45, the dr is running around but not coming in to .see me for some reason!!, I'm not too sure what to say I wouldn't recommend this dr but I'm sure it's a specialist so you have no choice but to see him,
Would give zero stars if I could. Extremely rude, refused to read my cat scan results, emergency room notes or london audiology testing. Told me I was a liar and not experiencing any hearing problems. I am experiencing daily hearing problems and needed help. It was a huge waste of time to travel from London and having to arrange for childcare to attend. I am extremely disappointed and was not impressed by a Dr who has the nerve to eye roll when you explain how you are suffering.

Hello, I had appointment at 1:45 today, my google map was sending me to 395 Carrie Crescent, instead of 395 Carrie st.I tried several times to do 395 Carrie st. again and again sending me to 395 Carrie Crescent. after half an hour I called and left the message about not finding the address by google map, and asked for rescheduling please, I'm not sure you received it. Dr Raymond is fantastic...He didn't make you feel rushed...He went through everything with me..My appt was on time...His staff are great too...5 star definitely..
