Very rude and condescending, period.
Went to discuss my tinnitus expecting to get advice and relief. He did not take any medical history nor discussed my CT scan and MRI, didn’t ask questions to determine the extent of my suffering, other than, did your parents have hearing problems. He said get hearing aids. Told him I’ve tried them twice in 10 years, no help. Handed me sheets of papers. Dr Raymond seen my toddler who can be a busy boy and struggles with behaviour issues. He was amazing with him, made the exam fun for my son and took our concerns serious and scheduled surgery extremely fast!
