I saw a tech today as the visit was only for a routine shot. She was very professional and friendly as all the staff is there. It’s a great local place and in the neighborhood!
I was an existing client trying to book recommended procedures. This clinic doesn't answer their phone or respond to voicemails. After repeated attempts to make contact over a few weeks I finally got a response; but, all they told me was that nothing was available. I gave up trying and booked an appointment at another clinic. Follow-Up: They responded to this negative review. But never responded to my direct emails or calls.
Not many vet offices are open on Saturday, but Ferguson is! I had a small emergency with my dog on a Saturday and they saved me a trip to Ocean State Vet Hospital. The staff is caring and compassionate. I’ve been taking my dogs there for about 8 years and I’m so happy with them. I highly recommend!
I’ve been taking my two dogs here for almost five years. Both of my girls are elderly women now, and they take care of them very well. Would definitely recommend.
Love this place, love these people! They are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and treated my Dog and family with care and respect. Arguably the best Veterinarians and Techs in R.I. Can’t beat the prices. Take your pets here!! 🫡🤘
