Made an appointment 10 days in advance. It was a very important appointment. School related. Deadlines! Explained exactly what I was taking my kid to the doctor for. Explained in details to make sure they provided the service that I was looking for. The receptionist guaranteed they could take care of what we needed for school. We had a deadline.
