Dr liang is not helpful at all He’s absolutely treated me bad no patience, bad attitude, because I’m a disable Chinese senior. He assumed me im those typical non English speaking senior, newly immigrated, sad Yes he treated other races, younger age much better Yes he’s an Asian too that’s why I picked him. Totally racism n prejudice Spent very short time with me n I had to beg him to check my body injuries It’s about year ago Never ever will c him again
RAYMOND WEI-YEH LIANG, M.D. has been my physician at Kaiser Permanente in Montebello for the last 16 years and he has always been extremely thorough, explains things in a fashion of which I can understand easily, and is extremely friendly. RAYMOND WEI-YEH LIANG, M.D. takes his time upon my office visits and explains things completely and asks me afterwards what my understanding is so that if I don't understand, he will be sure to clarify things.
