Dr. Lau is extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I came to him with a pretty complicated issue and he took the time to explain things to me very clearly in layman terms. His humor brought levity to the situation, which was very serious. To be frank, he saved my life. Thank you, Dr. Lau.
NEEDS TO HAVE / ADD EVENING AND WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS. VERY RUSHED DURING OFFICE VISIT. OFFICE STAFF NEEDS TRAINING AND MUCH BETTER MANAGEMENT. VERY HARD TO GET AN APPOINTMENT.
