Dr. Yung has horrible manners, acted very cold. Couldn't bother to say a simple hello and when my mom tried to speak to him, he just walked away after checking her ears for less than 5 mins. Unbelievable!!
Good doctor, very patient and professional. Takes great care of me, I have been going to him for years! 10/10 recommend.
Although I am aware of some of the negative reviews here (unfortunate), my experience has been different with Dr. Yung AND Dr. Ho. Initially I saw Dr. Ho (who was awesome) and who works in the same office as Dr Yung. She was personable, professional and helped me to clear up an ear infection. My follow up appointments were both with Dr. Yung. Wax removal procedure was quick and painless. Dr. Ying’s bedside manner is quite excellent. Will definitely come back in the future.
