I recommend that you avoid working with Brad Davis and this branch of Raymond James who my mother trusted to manage her holdings. Brad placed mom's money in an annuity and took his commission and ran. Filling out a simple form could have saved the beneficiaries over $10,000 but Brad was lazy or incompetent or both.
