Went here as a child, Dr. Toby Morgan, Mrs. Debbie and another very nice lady with long curly hair, I wish I could remember her name. I had tubes my entire life and then at 12 years old, when Dr. Howard started working here, Dr. Morgan performed surgery on my ear drums to patch the holes. I’m 36 years old now and haven’t had a single ear infection or had to wear ear plugs since then. So, we waited months for an appointment to check my husband's mouth. He has a nodule on the roof of his mouth. From the check-in (they tried to collect a copay when their data base would show he reached his annual out of pocket limit already), to waiting 45 minutes in the lobby, to waiting 45 minutes in the exam room, we finally asked how much longer....they said one patient was ahead of us and guessed 15 minutes.....that puts us 2 hours into the appointment time without seeing the physician. Dr. Howard was rude, dismissive, clearly unwilling to waste time on me, and abrupt with the visit. He very obviously didn't even want to touch me. Despite knowing my hearing problems he stood at least 20 feet away in a room with bad acoustics, and never bothered to look at my chart. He CERTAINLY made sure medicaid and Medicare were billed but he didn't even waste an otoscope cover to look in my ears, because he refused to touch me or allow his equipment to touch me.
