My experience was horrible with Dr Bourne, felt like I was mistreated and belittled by the lack of empathy I received. Waited and watched as everybody that wasn’t coloured was called and checked in on long before he acknowledged us, and even when we did see us he dismissed me and brushed aside my concerns to my family doctor all within 5mins. On behalf of Raymond and its surrounding community’s, Dr Bourne needs to do better as a physician and representative of Raymond hospital.
Went here for the 1st time on 02/25/26 and I could say I had a wonderful experience.. The ER nurses and staff were great. They took care of me right away. And I was seen by this awesome and nice Dr. Alana Takahashi in no time. Thank y'all so much.Keep up the great work!
Went to the Raymond hospital and it was busy in the waiting room, one lady said it was an 2 hour wait or longer, as no one in the waiting room got called back at all it was total bs waiting I was in so much pain I drove back and went to the walk in clinic and was in & out in 10 mins. Never going back to that hospital ever again!
I had gone to the Raymond hospital a few times and always had a good experience. Except for last weeks visit. I fell and hit my head hard. I went in to get checked out and the doctor there was anything but nice. He made me feel stupid for coming in to get checked out. Won’t be back.
Waited 5 hours to get pushed off and given no more then 2 minutes from the doctor, I wasn’t given the chance to talk and constantly got talked over by the doctor. Went in with many severe sickness symptoms for over an week and he didn’t even check my throat, nose or ears. I waited so long just for them to send me off with a very generalized antibiotic and no answers at all.
