I had gone to the Raymond hospital a few times and always had a good experience. Except for last weeks visit. I fell and hit my head hard. I went in to get checked out and the doctor there was anything but nice. He made me feel stupid for coming in to get checked out. Won’t be back.
Waited 5 hours to get pushed off and given no more then 2 minutes from the doctor, I wasn’t given the chance to talk and constantly got talked over by the doctor. Went in with many severe sickness symptoms for over an week and he didn’t even check my throat, nose or ears. I waited so long just for them to send me off with a very generalized antibiotic and no answers at all. Went to walk in clinic for my toddler deep cut on his finger, the doctor recommended to go at Raymond Emergency. Much appreciated to all beautiful nurses, Doctor and X-ray technician they handle us nicely and treated my two son well (older brother and younger son who had a cut). They handle my toddler professionally. One nurse shared her phone so that my son will distracted while the doctor doing some stitches and another nurse hold my son gently to make him calm and the nurses on the front are nice as well. If i could i would give it a rating of 0 because we drove to the hospital from lethbridge with my mom and sister who wear a hijab. They waited inside for hours and everyone that went in after them who were less injured than my sister who was crying, had already got treated and already left. My mom ended up asking the nurse "when is the doctor coming to check on my sister", the nurse was african and went to the doctor to ask him about my sister. And my mom heard him say "let them wait."
