I went into the parts department and was greeted by a young lady and an older gentleman. All I needed was a simple plug. Plastic plug to block up a port on a fuel regulator that is standard. On pretty much all propane units, and there was no help that they were able to do....nothing. They could look up or no direction to Point me in. They just said that they would not have and could not help me. Instead they told me to go to a different competitor to get the mark
