There is NO WAY this doctor even deserves one star!!! Negative zero is more like it!!! There was a gentleman with his elderly mother in the waiting room along with myself. It was evident that her son was there to translate for her. They were called back to get her vitals before she saw the doctor. Five minutes later they reappeared. Out of curiosity, I asked what happened, since I was nervous being there. He explained that his mother had been denied the opportunity to see Dr. Fink. The receptionist staff are so rude! It takes forever for an appointment. I got placed on hold 17 times, then told I need to call my insurance to see what coverage I had. That is crazy! I called back to cancel my appointment and changed Doctors immediately. Dr Fox is a great Dr but too busy for me!
Worst place EVER! The staff all need to be fired!!! None helpful and will blame the patients for their mistakes. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place
I wouldn't even give one star but don't go to this doctor.there nurses and staff don't even care about you. They forgot about me 3 times 3 months latter I had my primary take back over and get me another specialist
Run the other way! This doctor must hate his job. BAD DOCTOR!
