I was having issues with my Daikan Mini Splits (one wasn’t turning on, and the other was leaking). I reached out to multiple HVAC companies and began to be discouraged as many didn’t provide servicing for my split . I was referred to Raymond at Giants Heating and Cooling who was able to come out right away and assessed the issue, he then explained what was wrong (drainage line backup which prompted the safety settings) and immediately fixed the issues for both mini splits.
