He and his office ghosted me after surgery. Did not check in while I was hospitalized and didn’t offer support or answer questions through several life threatening, THORACIC AND PULMONARY complications. Despite NUMEROUS requests from my other doctors (while in hospital and months later) Dr. Raymond/his office avoided me like the plague — refused multiple consult requests while I was hospitalized, wouldn't do a follow up appt and never acknowledged my existence again. I RECENTLY HAD MY FIRST OF 2 THORASIC SURGERIES FOR CANCER. DR. RAYMOND IS MY SURGEON, AND I AM SO BEYOND THKFUL TO BE IN HIS CARE. I CANNOT BEGIN TO FIND THE WORDS TO THK HIM AND THE NURSES ON THE THORASIC FL R AT MAIN CAMPUS. THESE PEOPLE ARE ALL HEROS IN MY LIFE, AND I LOVE THEM ALL. DAWN BUTLER KENT, OHIO...MY RIGHT LUNG IS NOW CANCER FREE!!!! IM SO GREATFUL FOR ALL THESE FOLKS.
I'm not a patient of his but I did reach out to him via email for advice because he is a specialist in the subject I was interested in. I wrote him a couple of lengthy emails, which he responded to very quickly. I really appreciated that. He seems like a very dedicated physician.
Fantastic doctor. Thorough, compassionate, understanding, competent, personable, and knowledgeable. Everything you could ask of someone to trust them enough to perform surgery on you. His staff is excellent as well. The follow up and care I’ve received post-op from Dr. Raymond and his staff is second to none. Thank you for correcting my condition and putting me on a path to a normal and happy life.
