Dr. Clark and his team is amazing! Dr. Clark is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and he gets the job done beautifully. I have no complications after numerous procedures including a root canal and multiple fillings. Hygienists are gentle and comforting during my cleaning
Terrible chair side mannor. Dr. Refused to discuss the treatment plan prior to starting the work and when questioned about the work to be done refused to discuss it and refuswd service to a visibly upset patient. Aren't care providers supposed to actuallycare about their patients?
If I could give more stars, I would. I have a phobia of dental work, but the staff here are beyond incredible. I've been a patient here for years, and never had a bad experience. Everyone is gentle, considerate, and helpful. Dr. Clark himself does wonderful work, which has been pointed out by other dentists to several family members who used to be patients but moved out of state. Honestly the best experience you could wish for at a dental office.
We arrived early for our follow-up appointment. We sat in the empty waiting room with no acknowledgement by the desk staff.
