It may be a quote on quote high end salon, in one of the rougher areas of Hamilton mind you, but I found the environment to be way too stuffy , the staff, or who I am assuming is the owner, to be rude awkward and seemed to be weirdly judgmental . Wont go back in. I would avoid this place. Go somewhere else

I called and made an appointment to go platinum blonde. When I go there the guy told me my hair is too long to go platinum blonde and I would have to cut half of it off if I wanted to get it done. He then said because it’s so long it would be double the price. Which made no sense since he wanted to cut half of it off. Treated like a King! Raymond is super skilled and was able to accommodate me who is brain injured. Raymond is very thoughtful and considerate during my style and cut. Thank you Raymond and Madison for your service.
