Dr. Hackett is most kind and considerate of how you feel! He is as very caring doctor who excels above most. He will forever be dear to me.
He's unbelievably rude and unwilling to listen to ANYTHING that the patient has to say. I have never dealt with a physician who is 100% dismissive before this guy. He has never had the best bedside manner, but now it's to the point I question if he cares about the patients or not. Given the fact 90% of all office visits are spent with him doing notes on the computer it doesn't appear that he cares.
His staff has no people skills at all and he is very arrogant and acts as if he knows EVERYTHING, his ego is way too big for him. his staff act like sixteen year old girls at a slumber party, very unprofessional, and if they aren’t acting like sixteen year old girls, they’re acting as if they have a stick up their butt, ridiculous. pathetic person, pathetic service.
He was so wonderful to me last year when I was the sickest I've ever been in my life. I had what turned out to be a kidney abscess,he was concerned it was a mass. He kept me as comfortable as possible,really cared and made sure I got sent quickly to Markey center. Even after I was seeing a doctor at the center in Lexington he still helped me when the abscess burst. He signed me in at the hospital and treated me until I was sent to UK by ambulance. I'll never forget how kind he was to me.
