First time here. I wanted to try their blue gill, which is a fish I grew up on. It was not edible. The skin was not removed. It was greasy and over cooked. The skin was tough and rubbery and I was unable to cut it with my knife. If you do not know how to prepare this type of fish, you should not be serving it. Waist of $30 hard earned dollars. Will not come again.
I’ve dined at many excellent restaurants in several countries, including Michelin three-star restaurants, but the ribeye here was the best steak I’ve ever had. It was incredibly flavorful and juicy from the very first bite, and it stayed that way until the last. Every bite was a wonderful experience.
