I'm updating my review since, in the time since initially posting it the owner of the company reached out to try to make things right. He sent someone out to check out my issues and they agreed that there was room for improvement in how the gutters were hung. They re-hung the front gutter for me, adding some hardware that should have been installed the first time (wedges) and re-sloping the gutter to get it to drain properly. I’m very disappointed in the work done by this company. I had just 2 gutters hung, each about 22 feet long. One of them fell down completely in the middle of a rainstorm, ripping part of my fascia off. It turns out they had only screwed into the lightweight fascia board rather than finding a proper mounting surface. I was never told by them that they’d had any trouble finding a way to mount it, just that they weren’t responsible and couldn’t be bothered to look into what they were actually mounting it to.
