Made an appointment with this shop the next day, came in & no one was there. Yelled 4 different times & went out to the side of the shop & no one was visible or heard my voice. It was very quiet, waited for around 20 minutes & went home. Called as soon as I got home & the owner answered & I told him what happened, he said he was gone & the guy supposedly watching the front was in the back doing some work & must not of heard me over the noise! Excellent work, fair price. Took the time to really explain the work that needed to be done. Very good warranty too.
This place is very unprofessional, they had my transmission for 3 months. They had no resources to obtain the parts that were needed. There was severe lack of communication, never returned calls. At the end I received my transmission in pieces in a box. I would not recommend this place to no one. The more I ask a around to find a accredited shop the more I hear of the unfortunate horror stories that Raymans has put other individuals through.
