Power went out at 1 am they arrived within 15 mins of my call, and power was back in 30. Excellent service
The amount of times I have lost power during the night for hours on end is countless. They are not quick or swift at all with resolving power outages. They’re incredibly unreliable and even small storms will knock out my service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Bills can be outrageous sometimes for whatever reason. No one ever seems to wanna answer the phone and they look the door to the building if you try to go up there while the power is out. It takes quite awhile to get power back after a simple storm. Hate to see what would happen after a real storm. Not knocking the guys who are working on the lines I’m sure they’re working hard. I think it’s a small company who gets overwhelmed when the power is out.
THANKS SO MUCH TO ALL RAYLE EMC EMPLOYEES .WE HAVE LIVED HERE FOR OVER 30 YRS. AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT AT KEEPING US WITH POWER. THANK YOU GUYS FROM MIKE AND SYLVIA GRAHAM
