The amount of times I have lost power during the night for hours on end is countless. They are not quick or swift at all with resolving power outages. They’re incredibly unreliable and even small storms will knock out my service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Bills can be outrageous sometimes for whatever reason. No one ever seems to wanna answer the phone and they look the door to the building if you try to go up there while the power is out. It takes quite awhile to get power back after a simple storm. Hate to see what would happen after a real storm. Not knocking the guys who are working on the lines I’m sure they’re working hard. I think it’s a small company who gets overwhelmed when the power is out.

THANKS SO MUCH TO ALL RAYLE EMC EMPLOYEES .WE HAVE LIVED HERE FOR OVER 30 YRS. AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT AT KEEPING US WITH POWER. THANK YOU GUYS FROM MIKE AND SYLVIA GRAHAM

I just want thank all the crews involved at getting us back online after this major storm. I know it was long hours and alot of work that had to be done. Just want yall to know it has not gone unnoticed Thanks

This place is a joke. Powers been out for hours. No one at Rayle EMC will even answer phone. Matter of fact, they have the phone off the hook giving it a busy signal. I'm fine with being without power. I am not fine with being left out of the loop on getting my power back.
