This is the biggest joke of a power company I've ever seen or been with.
Whoever I spoke with today has zero care or consideration for rayle customers. I haven't had a bad experience up until today. I use the prepaid option and today unfortunately it lapsed before I could make a payment on the account(not for lack of funds but because I did not get to the bank and deposit money before it disconnected) I tried to pay a decent amount on the account and it did not reconnect, so I called rayle.
