I found Ray&J Assisted Living Facility in Ft.Washington, Maryland through A Place For Mom services and it has been a pure blessing to my family and my now 80 yr old Mother who has been in their care for almost 2 years. The facility is always clean and the care givers are always nice attending to my Moms every need. Every resident has a plan tailored to their need and ability. This facility is by every means, top experience. The owner is personable, involved in every meaningful way and extremely compassionate towards her residents as well as staff. Besides the facility and grounds being gorgeous, the activities and overall day to day logistics are the best I have experienced. I am a practitioner in this industry and I rely heavily on the input of this facility's structure to guide the standard for my clients because it is just that highly recommended.
Ray and J’s is an exceptional facility! I have not one complaint. The standard of care is exceptional. The staff are phenomenally caring and patient and the activities for the residents are incredible. I highly recommend this facility to anyone. If you are looking for a home away from home, a truly family environment, that Ray and J’s is the place for your loved one!
This place is absolutely amazing! We met Rae and she was a blessing from the start. Her facility is clean and you get a real sense of family from the staff and residents. The care is exceptional and we were sold on the FIRST visit! We immediately secured the last vacancy they had with a deposit and she's been there every step of the way during our transition. After contacting A Place for Mom I came across Ray and J Assisted Living Facility. Once I visited toured and spoke with the owner Ray I just knew that this was the place I would feel comfortable placing my mother. The staff is amazing and they are very active with the residents. It’s not home but mom feels very comfortable there and so do I.
