Does not pay their bills. We have been waiting since November 2024 to be paid in full and cannot get hold of the owner. Jamal has stopped answering calls, texts and emails.
I’m writing this review as a serious warning to anyone considering purchasing from Rayhana Home Ltd. Our experience has been frustrating, stressful, and deeply disappointing. From the moment we moved in, it became clear the house was not fully completed. Think twice before buying from this Builder! If you do buy, get a home inspector! This is a poor quality home builder. We have had nothing but problems, plumbing issues, insufficient insulation, vinyl Flooring issues, the list goes on! Builder doesn't fix all 6&12 months deficiencies.
The worst builder out there, be AWARE!! Bought a house with them year and a half ago. Absolutely nothing but problems. Their statement (quality homes) is extremely misleading and overrated. They will dump you as soon they received your money for the house. We are not the only buyers who are going through this with this builder. Don't waste your money, buy from someone else!!!
