We had leaks in our boiler system for a large multi-family building in Evanston. Raman and his team were able to repair the issues for a reasonable price before the start of the winter season. Great service.
These guys know boilers and they are very honest. I have a 60 year old Pacific steel boiler that had signs of leakage. My heating company said I needed a new boiler. I knew steel boilers can be welded sometimes so I called Rayes Boiler, for their opinion. They cleaned and inspected the boiler and discovered that the boiler was not leaking, it was the expansion tank causing the problem. They saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Our building's hot water boiler was producing scalding water. Called Rayes on their strong reviews. Ron came out next day, just before 8am, per my request. Rather than jump to make repairs, he adjusted the thermostat, at no charge, and checked in on us twice as we used up the previously boiled water to see if the adjustment was all that was needed. After researching several options for a new boiler and putting it to a board vote we are extremely happy with our choice! Ramon and his team were excellent! The price was right.
