HORRIBLE!!!! IF I COULD RATE THIS DOCTOR, 0 STARS!! THE SECRETARY EVEN WORSE. SHE HAS WORKED THERE FOREVER. DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO EMAIL OR USE UP TO DATE SOFTWARE. MY HUSBAND NEEDED AN MRI. SHE CALLED US AND TOLD US WE NEEDED TO CALL AND FIND OUT WHY SHE COULDNT GET AUTHORIZATION. WHAT DOCTORS OFFICE DOES THAT? THEN AFTER WE HAD TO CALL SHE FILLED OUT THE REQUIRED FORM INCORRECTLY 3 TIMES!! COMPLETELY DELAYING THIS MRI THAT WAS NEEDED. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND A WASTE OF TIME.
