I acquired a Rayence system from a practice purchase. The system was 10 years old this year so I decided to replace the panel and the computer (for $12,000) before the computer dies and I lose access to the system. Since updating 2 months ago, we have not been able to load my old data into the new system due to compatibility issues. Rayence has stopped returning calls to my IT representative and has not offered solutions to this problem. Choose a more reputable company.

have only had their equipment 8 months...getting in touch with a PERSON instead of voicemail took me 7 tries....and then was told sorry they are really backed up and will let them know to call....once they finally did, the technician was thourough.

Horrible experience! Staff lacks diversity and professionalism, when it comes to handling even the simplest of situations. Very outdated processes which make the whole experience prolonged. Definitely would not recommend.
