Ray came to do the estimate and explained everything in detail to me, especially my concerns and questions. The installation team just left after a flawless installation. The team was here on time, cleaned up everything before they left and explained how to care for the new windows. I would recommend Ray-Don without hesitation if you need replacement windows and screens. My job was all the window replacements in my Lanai. I plan to enjoy these windows for many years to come!! Thanks to everyone at Ray-Don..........
Can't even put into words how horrible my experience was with this company. So sad when you have been a Bradenton Resident your entire life and places like this are why you want to move. Why own a home in a city where you can't get services done? Try to support local... and see how locals really feel.... they don't care.
