I had a great experience at Raydius Medical at Millbourne Mall. The receptionists were very nice and accommodating. My appointment was scheduled at 10:30 AM while my wife’s appointment was at 2:30 PM, but they kindly adjusted the schedule so we could both finish around the same time, which we really appreciated. All the staff were very kind and gentle. Rhonda, who did our mammogram, was amazing and very gentle, making us feel comfortable during the procedure. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent care and service.
I booked this clinic because I couldn’t get an appointment at other chain ultrasound centers. It was my first time visiting, and although the facility looks quite simple, all the staff were very kind and professional. The ultrasound technician was especially patient and careful, which made me feel very comfortable. The receptionist was also very friendly. Worst experience. They didnt send the report of ultrasound exam to my family doctor even though we asked them to send it by next day because we had an appointment with him on the day. Because of that, we saw our family doctor for nothing and we had to make a phone call to this clinic and asked them to send the report of the exam again. Hopefully we will get it soon. Never go to this place again. We have much better experiences at MIC.
