If you love your family member, do not let them stay here. As soon as you walk into the building the foulest smell of urine and cigarettes hits you in the face. Id see residents in the hallways with soaked pants when id walk to my grandmother's room, the staff neglected her, id visit every day and it was always the same thing she was soaking wet so id have to go and complain but nothing ever got resolved because it would just happen again. I admit I was a bit concerned after reading some of the negative reviews but I have to say that was not our experience at all. First it was easy to see that the facility is clean and well-maintained. We had no complaints about the food being served as they provided various nutritious options to suite the individual residents needs. The people are wonderful, staff and all included. The building is kept very clean and hospitable. The staff is effective and efficient when concerns are presented and are the same way with providing care.
Just want to mention how great this facility is. Everyone is wonderful. From the moment you step through the door you are greeted with a warm welcome by Staff. The administrator makes everything run so smooth!!!!. The Staff over all is wonderful. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones. We had a wonderful experience.
My mother in law has been at Aspire since Friday. I will admit that the reviews I read scared me. So far, everyone is nice and attentive. The weekend staff is not as great as the weekday staff and I noticed a significant difference. I am assuming that because I make regular visits there and ask a lot of questions, it may be playing a role in her level of care. Not sure really. The manager I spoke with was nice and took down notes for what I was telling her. Today, I will attend her care plan meeting.
