Unreliable service No knowledge of work Fridge at my shop doesn't get cool An old fellow visited. Charged me £320 but the fridge remained in non working condition I was advised to turn it off for sometime everyday. Still nothing happened. When asked for the issue Replied he is busy untill end of july
Would put A zero if I could,came out was their for 5 minutes stood on some step ladders looked over the top of my fridge said I THINK the filter needs cleaning he run it under some water and that was it left,the temp didn’t come down on my fridge still kept tripping out and it wasn’t fixed and also never gave a solution on what the problem was! Then after several messages of it’s not fixed and could you please come back out and have a look i got ignored after being paid! £90 still no answer to this day,fridge now been fixed ... read more
Very expensive
Absolutely fantastic service. I had probs with 2 commercial fridges at upton spice that were not cooling to correct temp. After numerous calls to so called reputable companies and basically getting fobbed off and getting told it would take 5 days for them to send someone out. I got referred to Ray Cool who came out next day and fixed and regassed them. Very good very reasonably priced top notch service. First truly honest engineer i have met who won't rip you off. Definately highly recommended. Thank you Ray.
We have under floor heating in our conservatory which is very expensive but since we had our air conditioning unit installed we have saved money and no longer need to use the under floor heating Thank you Paul Janette and Dave Marr
