Eddie and his team were on time . Fixed our sewerage issues. They were so polite and professional and Eddie went above and beyond with quotes for us addressing other issues. Couldn't recommend their services more highly Beth & Grant Laing
I spoken to a lady called Judie who takes bookings for maintenance, she was extremely rude and started to shout at me on the phone So arrogant, very bad customer service
Poor service, there has been continued delays and stuff around. Plumbing was possibly not done properly when house was initially built (only few months old) and we have constant water on our wall and there is no other source of water in that area other than what may be internally. I have had constant rescheduling and delays with no concern or urgency.
