Its such a shame what this company has turned into the last few years. When you go from getting next day parts to almost two months waiting for orders its just ridiculous. Think very carefully before purchasing a machine from this company. Parts support is non existent anymore. Takes weeks to get any answers what so ever about the status of parts. They ship the wrong parts and if they do ship the correct ones they will ship them to the wrong address. Prices have risen drastically and the service has gone completely down hill... read more
Probably the worst company to make a stump grinder. 5 week back order for a throttle cable assembly for an Rg37 unit. Looking forward to trading my unit on a Carlton.
Very disappointed in this company. They are no help at all. I purchased my Rayco stump machine not even even 2 years now brand new and I already have a hairline crack in the front housing. Horribly made machine if you ask me. They couldn't even help me could guid me to the right place. I was originally looking just to replace the part that cracked. But looks like I have to get the whole hydraulic motor that's going to cost over 2 grand. Ridiculous if you ask me. They never emailed me back couldnt put no effort into respondin... read more
Have a few of there equipment. We travel around doing tree jobs. Called them to see if we can get a part since I’m only 4 hr out. They took some time looking up the part after giving them the updated parts number. Then I was told that they can’t give me a price or have us pick it up. They stated “you need to go to a dealer” told them what towns we are in and then “we only can look them up by county” asked if I can get any numbers to call. Answer “ you need to go on line and look it up” Not cool guys. You’re making this harde... read more
