Very disappointed in this company. They are no help at all. I purchased my Rayco stump machine not even even 2 years now brand new and I already have a hairline crack in the front housing. Horribly made machine if you ask me. They couldn't even help me could guid me to the right place. I was originally looking just to replace the part that cracked. Have a few of there equipment. We travel around doing tree jobs. Called them to see if we can get a part since I’m only 4 hr out. They took some time looking up the part after giving them the updated parts number. Then I was told that they can’t give me a price or have us pick it up. They stated “you need to go to a dealer” told them what towns we are in and then “we only can look them up by county” asked if I can get any numbers to call. Great company, ppl., and great reviews!!
Forcing you to go through dealer now instead of being able to order factory direct parts is ridiculous. How is adding a middle man and unnecessary mark ups on parts to the customer a good thing? Machine sales I can understand dealer territory but taking away a streamline process to get your machine up and running again is absolutely unacceptable.
