Very pleasant person. Always sees you on time. Asks how you are doing and asks if there's anything new. Never rushes you, Listens to your concerns and answers all questions. Discusses your plan in detail.
Rachel listens to me and helps come up with a solution to alleviate my problems.
Reception staff is friendly, helpful. Appointments begin on time and Ms. Ramer has prepared by reviewing my medical file prior to my arrival. We discuss my treatment together, and make adjustments as needed. Top notch care!
