I can’t recommend Rayce highly enough! He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns throughout the process (and there were many since I’d never sold a house before). Through his efforts, I was able to get three offers within 24 hours of the house going up for sale- above the asking price! He and his team really did a terrific job every step of the way.
Rayce was wonderful at finding us our home! Being friends with him since high school, I was not surprised, but was impressed at seeing him do his work. He has such passion and within two weeks and looking at houses hard, Rayce found us our house and made a really great deal. Our lender also said how impressed she was with the deal he made. His guidance was comforting when we had questions, and his assurance during stressful moments helped recenter us. I cannot recommend him enough.

Wasn’t an easy decision for us but it was the right one because the experience was like night and day- he was super responsive and knowledgeable and we felt he had our best interest at heart.
