This was a quiet getaway! We enjoyed the tennis court, indoor pool, fire pit, and roomy house with room to gather together or spread out. We loved the recommendations for food as well. Hungry Howie's pizza and Shenanigans were great!
Had my son and daughters birthday party here was a great spot to rent! Plenty of room, great yard and court. Wonderful for any occasion truly! Check them out you won’t be let down! Super great owners who are extremely kind and were lovely to work with. Thanks again! Much appreciation to you sir! We will be back again!

Wonderful place to rent for any occasion! A hidden � in the middle of Hudson! The kitchen is 5 � to cook, prep, and hall is 5 � to rent in size and decor! He sets up the tables and place settings, does all vacuum, sweeping which makes your event less stressful by far!!! The pool is set at a lovely temp indoors with the softest bottom of any pool, I have ever been in! Chairs to accommodate adults and guests. Ron was very helpful by helping us set up for our big day. My husband and I got married and had our reception here last year in August and I'm glad I picked it. It's a cute small little place and very well decorated. My only complaint is that I couldn't use candles or any pyrotechnics at all. I bought a nice expensive candle, tea lights and chinese lanterns for the ceremony and couldn't use them. Besides that everything was awesome. Will rent this building for other occasions in the future.
