We had issues with our basement drain for months. We called out a few plumbers before, but they only got the water to drain temporarily and never fully fixed it. Erik was a big help. He was very professional and explained everything clearly when I called Micheal & Sons Plumbing in Duncanville for a quote to replace our water heater. He was quick to come out and start the job. When Erik arrived, he was friendly and got right to work, even carrying a 50-gallon water heater up three floors in the cold wind to get it installed.
