While Dr. Rayas is very sweet, her staff if terrible. If you ever need to call and talk to someone about your child, it will take at least a week for them to even return a call, even if it's problems with medications that could be life-threatening. Her staff fails over and over again at communicating with her, you, and the pharmacies. If your child is on life-dependant hormone therapies, while she is wonderful, she's only as good as her staff that work for her, which is why we are now looking for a new dr.
