Great Doctor!
I only seen Rayapudi for about 15 min on my first visit and have only seen Carly for the rest of my time there. Carly is wonderful so are the girls in the infusion office. What I had a problem with is the billing Dept. It's the beginning of the year and my ins had changed. The billing Dept is trying to charge me without a bill and without my ins processing any of their claims yet. How you going to give me a bill when you Don't even know the amount I am going to owe. Dr Rayapudi and Carly have been stellar since my admission to the hospital and throughout my ongoing care. Every provider in this practice provides care and compassion at every encounter. The follow up calls and attention to every detail of care as well as being aware of medical history is unmatched.
