I'm done. Numerous re-schedules. Incompetent office staff. Last minute cancellations. Phone not answered by English speakers. Appointments cancelled days before scheduled appointments due to "no referral." This office was just too lazy to wait for the referral to appear and repeatedly cancelled instead of waiting. I was marked as a no-show because "computer down" after waiting 1.5 hours. The women that work here are incompetent. Dr. Hourani saved my life.
