It took a year to get power. Inspections failed, reworking was done. Forms for mass save were not completed for another 6 months. They still haven’t returned deposit and do not respond to calls or emails. Very poor follow up.

I am surprised to see so many 5 stars reviews. Very unprofessional team. We had to spend extra funds as their site evaluator did not do a good job. Failed the inspections 4 times, and always excuses. Waited 10 days for a letter from their own engineers that was required for the final inspection. Down payment was made in October and we are in June and still don't have solar power.

We had backup batteries installed in the first quarter of 2021. Brad was very helpful and responsive to questions. The installation was mostly smooth and timely. If I were rating the process to evaluate and decide on a system and the installation, I'd rate that experience with Rayah 5 stars. Gaps of 5-6 months in responses to bot... read more

We had a disastrous experience and can not recommend Rayah. Brad was knowledgeable and helpful and nearly all of the staff are kind and hardworking. But coordination of needs, requests, and follow-up we found/find sorely lacking. We experienced multiple issues and delays. We contracted for a ground mount in Sept 2021. They left a large trench open to our foundation for months that led to melting snow and ice flooding our always-dry basement. They were very responsive during the flooding and immediately afterwards, but concer... read more

We had backup batteries installed earlier this year. Brad was very helpful and responsive to questions. The installation was mostly smooth and everything has been working fine since then. Our issue (as with one other reviewer) is the company's complete lack of follow-up and responsiveness on tying up the loose ends around the project. We still do not have a signed-off permit, and multiple attempts to contact the responsible people have gone without a response over months of attempting to get an update. I have been left with ... read more
