Today I had the opportunity to meet Brian Suqui from Allstate at 3900 Main st Bridgeport , CT. From the time I walk inside the office the treatment was excellent , Brian was very professional and patient, he was able to explain me everything very clearly so at the time We finished I was happy and satisfied with my new car insurance policy. I just when there today just to request an auto insurance quote and I ended with a new insurance policy. 👌🏼

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and cooperation from Allstate regarding my accident claim. I submitted all necessary documents, including the police report, photos, videos, witness information, and emails—yet I received no proper support or resolution. I’ve followed up multiple times with no result. This level of customer service is unacceptable and has caused me unnecessary stress and frustration.

I called for a quote after having to purchase a new vehicle. Very positive experience. Lacey was very helpful and patient listening to what I need. She didn't make me feel rushed and was very nice.
I just finished with the most pleasant experience to purchase rent insurance for my apt. . . Here in Bedford, Texas. The woman helping me was very kind and I needed that late in the day. Everything went well and I am so glad to be dealing with this fine company.
We've been with this group for a while. Today I got home from buying a new car, it was late on a Friday afternoon. I called minutes before the office was supposed to close and got my new car put on the insurance, the old car removed from the insurance and a temp copy of my new insurance card emailed to me. Lisa provided great last minute service.
view She is an absolute scam! Rude, short tempered lady at the end of the phone tricked me into buying comprehensive insurance on my car that I did not need without checking my credit or updates! I got a new policy with another company in June 2019 for less than half the price I paid her!! Wish I had done my research before paying blindly.
Maria was really helpful and professional during my process. She answered all of my questions very well. I would highly recommend this agency and Maria to any friend or family friend.
