READ BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM I hired Ray-Z to repair my AC. The first technician came, but couldn’t diagnose the issue and left without fixing it. The second technician came a few days later connected to the thermostat incorrectly and also left without confirming that it is cooling. The AC didn’t work afterwards. I eventually had to hire and pay another company to fix it properly even though the issue was never fixed. They sent me an invoice for $441 for two visits and threatened to send it to collection if I don’t pay.
Ray Z was called and came back to disconnect a gas line to my BBQ so I could install the cabinets. They came out on short notice which was appreciated (Aug 29). I had them booked on Sept 11 to come back to hook up the gas line to the BBQ and they did but show up at all even though I received an email confirmation of the booking so I went with another gas plumber.
Employees park in fire lanes, visitors parking and across crosswalks where they shouldn’t be. People have complained and they don’t care.
