What an absolutly disgraceful company. It took this agency over 45 days, yes 45 days to acknowledge receipt of a maintenance request. Then there is the process of getting the work quoted and undertaken. DO NOT rent through this agency, you will totally regret the decision.

An absolute nightmare to deal with for a rental property. Made multiple enquiries via email and phone for a property over the span of a fortnight and didn't get a single response. I can gladly say I'm not leasing a property here as they clearly don't care about much when it comes to real estate. Investors steer clear!
