Leah, Sian and Chloe were all a pleasure to deal with; the sale process was super quick and very smooth. The reason I'm giving 4 stars, is coz i asked for the kitchen and lounge screens to be fixed from day one and they weren't. They still weren't done when I left, in fact the lounge screen blew off into the garden one night from a really bad windy night. The leaky tap I complained about was leaking for 2 weeks and the day I moved out was when the landlord come to fixed it
